Process & Shipping:

• Transfers are shipped in a clear mailer, placed inside a rigid mailer, that is then placed inside a poly mailer for extra protections!
• Processing time for Sublimation Transfers is 1-5 Business days
• Business days are Monday-Friday
• We ship to whatever address in provided to us. We are not at fault for incorrect addresses. Please ensure your shipping is correct when placing your order.
• USPS can take extended time to get a package delivered to the recipient. We cannot control the length of time it takes for a package to reach you once it leaves us. Refunds will not be given if your package does not reach you in time.
